This inviting and creative specialist school is currently seeking a learning support assistant to support learning across KS2 and 3. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a team that is listened to, respected and valued. This school is highly regarded and has grown yearly since opening in 2015. The school currently supports 80+ pupils with moderate to severe SEN needs. Learners who attend this school are offered continuity and a place to thrive. Pupils can play freely outside or choose a quiet space indoors, their individual needs and interests are echoed in their school experience.

The school is looking for an inspiring learning support assistant to join their school on a full-time, term-time-only basis. This role is needed ASAP permanently. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all subjects in the broad and balanced curriculum. This school is a supportive environment and has exceptional staff retention, this role is required due to a staff promotion.
