Location- Willesden, Brent Pay-£100-£110 daily rate Start- September 2024/25 academic year We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a college student with autism. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, compassionate, and eager to help students thrive. What You'll Do: • Provide 1:1 support to a student with autism. • Help with academic tasks and social integration. • Work closely with teachers to tailor support strategies. • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For: • A caring and understanding nature. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Experience with autism is a bonus but not required. • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
