This small and inclusive school in question currently supports approx. 35+ pupils and has recently undergone a refurbishment and extension due to demand.The school is currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a full time basis to work in there secondary and college division. For this role the successful candidate must have confidence supporting learners with complex needs. This role consists of supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis Monday to Friday (9-3:30pm). The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a broad and balanced curriculum that meets every pupil's individual needs. This school is invested in all their staff members and is a fabulous school to work in.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable not essential)
Teaching Assistant/ LSA experience (desirable)
A desire to support SEN learners with complex needs in a school environment
Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
This role is open to receiving applications over the next two weeks. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
