Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
Help students develop social and emotional skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Track student progress and report back to teachers on areas for improvement.
We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
