Academics LTD are working with a fantastic school in the Trowbridge area who are looking to appoint hard working, motivational Learning Support Assistants for September 2024.

This Learning Support Assistant role will give you valuable experience in the classroom, working with pupils that need additional support to succeed. This is the ideal opportunity for candidates who are aspiring to have a career in education and have a successful impact on the lives of students.

The Learning Support Assistant role would be great for Graduates or Individuals who are aspiring for a career in education. This could be the initial step in to the classroom, gaining valuable experience working with vulnerable students, looking to increase their engagement, attainment & life chances.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside teachers and specialist staff to support students with special educational needs or students who require additional support to remain focussed in the classroom.

Qualities of a Learning Support Assistant:

* Passionate for supporting children and assisting in reaching potential
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to remain calm in situations of stress or conflict
* Motivated & Enthusiastic
* Approachable, able to build relationships with teachers and students
