This independent specialist school is looking for an energetic and inspiring Learning support assistant to support in their KS3 department. This role includes whole class, 1:1 and small group support of pupils with complex needs including but not limited to Physical disabilities, Autism, Brain injury and social and emotional needs. This role is needed due to a new enrolment of students and is a fabulous opportunity for a nurturing, calm and resilient individual looking to join a supportive and award winning team.

The school is recognised in the local and wider community and is committed to supporting their pupils through an enriched, creative and wide curriculum. The school is an eco and healthy school and offers all pupils an array of extra curricular opportunities including forest school, bushcraft, horse riding etc. The school was recently awarded Good with elements of outstanding at recent Ofsted and is a superb environment for inspiring and committed Teaching support staff and Teachers looking to start their career or develop their career further.

Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
