This is your opportunity to join an award-winning purpose-built school for children with Autism. This setting is both a school and residential setting supporting learners from 7-19 years. This site supports learners' education, life skills, and personal development. The school is designed specifically for Autistic learners with sensory rooms, intervention rooms, life skills rooms, music rooms, art studios, an on-site gym, and spaces for vocational studies. The school delivers the national curriculum however the delivery is highly differentiated and adaptive to meet the needs of any and every pupil.

This incredible setting is currently seeking a learning support assistant to join the setting. You would be based on the school site supporting learners in small classes. Class sizes are between 3-10 pupils and you would work alongside the teacher and fellow LSA's to support all pupils learning. This role will include 1:1, small group work, and support with outdoor learning and activities.

This opportunity is required 08:30-4pm Monday to Friday and is a term-time opportunity.

  • This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
