CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office in Oxford Circus, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to step up in their career.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water flushing / temp checks logs
- Boosted water pumps
- Fire damper maintenance
- Attending Client meeting
- General PPMs
- Control of sub-contractors
- Permit to work system
- Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Job logic experience (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
