Requirements

Effectivelycommunicate with the Workshop technicians and the service receptionto validate the booking information and repairtime.

Ensurethat customer expectations are always managed by working with eachstage of the serviceprocess.

Manageworkshop workinprogress and provide timely updates on progress toservice reception or directly to thecustomer

Fastand accurate fault diagnosis using the latest diagnosticequipment

Completethorough safety checks and preparing vehicles forMOTs

Ensureproduct knowledge and skills are maintained to companyrequirements

Attendtraining courses that are identified and whenrequired

Carryout quality control checks on technicianrepairs

Ensurehousekeeping is kept at the company standard and everyone inworkshop is working to H&S standards set out in ourstatement and riskassessments
