They are looking for a Land Agent, with an estate management background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to £30,000 – £55,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day Estate Management

Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes

General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry

Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier – Advise on and manage general rural professional matters

Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

RICS Qualified

CAAV qualification (desired)

Experience in rural valuations (desired)

Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
