Land Agent Job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

in Cambridge Cambridgeshire, our client is one of the UK’s largest real estate and property consultancies in the UK, operating 34 offices nationwide. They are looking for a Land Agent, with an estate management background to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary of up to £30,000 – £55,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day Estate Management
  • Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes
  • General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry
  • Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier – Advise on and manage general rural professional matters
  • Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • RICS Qualified
  • CAAV qualification (desired)
  • Experience in rural valuations (desired)
  • Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
