Location: Gloucester
Salary : Up to £33,000 dependent on experience
Hours : Monday – Friday 7:15am – 3:45pm
Package: 25 days holiday – Standard pension – Progression.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lab Technician to join a renowned industrial recycling company based in the Gloucester area.

Role & Responsibilities:
Process refinery and product quality.
Scale up and implement optimized processes.
Process development and improvements.
Quality control protocols for incoming materials and finished products.
Investigation and resolution of deviations from quality standards – implement correct actions.
Innovative research projects for development.
Training and mentoring of team members within the department ensuring high level of expertise.
Record experiments, procedures and results.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience in a similar role conducting the above duties.
Degree qualified in Chemistry.
Experience with metallurgy and metal refinery.
