Your new role

A standalone L&D position, this role is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation's learning offering. Key responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering various workshops, training events, and team-building exercises

Working closely with the SLT / department managers to understand skills gaps and development needs

Lead on the development of annual learning plan / strategy

Own the organisation's LMS (Moodle), maximising its use, and utilising relevant data to identify trends, challenges etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have extensive L&D experience and proven knowledge of shaping and delivering learning strategies, as well as creating and delivering training modules. You will have excellent LMS knowledge and have worked within Housing or Charity/NfP organisations.

What you'll get in return

You will work on a hybrid basis (2 days per week) from their offices in EC1, with as needed travel to offices in Hackney Wick and Crouch End to deliver training when required.
