KS1 - KS2 Teaching Assistants in Sunderland
The Education Network is working with a school in Sunderland who are looking to employ numerous Teaching Assistants within their school. They are recruiting within year 1 and year 6. The candidate would start in September on supply and after 12 weeks if the school and candidate are happy with the role, they will be taken as a permanent member of staff for the school.
This position is to work full time.
The ideal candidate must have:
Relevant qualifications for working within a school or nursery (or substantial experience working as a teaching assistant)
Two relevant satisfactory references (to cover the last 2 years)
Recent experience of working in a school/nursery or learning environment
Satisfactory enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if needed)
Although not essential but a background in working with children with additional needs.
