The Role:
As our Kitchen Porter you are the heart of our operation to keep the food reaching tables and our guests being served. We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
You do not need to have experience working in a kitchen, what matters most to us is that you take pride in what you do, you are committed to get the job done and you always come to work with a desire to do better than the day before.

Role Specification:
- Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to the set standards.
- Following correct cleaning procedures with the use of cleaning schedules.
- Being aware of the need to use the correct chemicals.
- Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery are cleaned thoroughly throughout the day.
- Maintaining a neat appearance of the pot wash area and cleaning equipment storage areas.
- Being able to sweep and mop the kitchen floor at the end of each shift.
- Ensuring all bins are emptied throughout the day and are washed inside and out at the end of each shift.
Shift Patterns:
- Part-time: 12 hours per week (2 days a week)
- Part-time: 15 hours per week (3 nights a week covering Twilight period).
- Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
