Responsibilities - Key Stage 1 Teacher - Daventry
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and stimulating curriculum that promotes academic achievement and personal development
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership
Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, kindness, and a love for learning in all aspects of school life
Requirements - Key Stage 1 Teacher - Daventry
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school setting preferred
Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
