Due to growth, they are actively recruiting for a Key Account Executive within the London region. You’ll be tasked with communicating with customers at all levels, championing great coffee quality and ethical sourcing at all opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class customer service to Key Customers and National Accounts
  • Lead the onboarding process for Key Accounts ensuring a seamless and positive experience
  • Provide on-site training and support – including any technical support
  • Monitor and manage account performance, identifying areas/opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to maintain customer relationships
  • About you:

  • 2+ years sales/customer service experience, preferably within coffee or FMCG
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Likeminded individuals who want to share their love of coffee with the world.
  • Purpose-driven professionals who care about quality of life, business, and coffee
  • Adaptable, experienced self-starters with drive and commitment
