A leading insolvency practice in Edinburgh is looking for a motivated Junior Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in the insolvency sector to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
Support senior team members with case progression and ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and other professionals
Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to further your knowledge and skills within the insolvency sector
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months of experience in insolvency administration
Strong understanding of insolvency processes and procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
Team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Desire to pursue further qualifications in insolvency (, CPI) is an advantage
