Junior Geospatial Information Specialist

This is a temporary role initially for 6 months but will potentially extend beyond this. You must be onsite in Taunton 5 days per week for this role. You will be working for an innovative organisation who use geospatial data to create software and services for maritime customers across the globe.You will work with a strong geospatial team who are a crucial element to developing safe navigation softwareYou will be required to be onsite in Taunton and will have to undergo Security Clearance as part of this role. Please make sure you are eligible for SC before sending an application to this role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need

An interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Experience with hands on GIS software would be extremely beneficial

Need to be able to analyse and understand intricate detail around mapping

Acute attention to detail required
