Junior Estimator

• Assist senior estimators in reviewing project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for construction projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
• Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates and bids.
• Support in the development of project proposals and presentations.
• Learn to navigate estimating software and tools efficiently.
• Assist in tracking project costs and budgets.

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction estimating field.
