You will work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, this will be fully onsite during probation, with flexible working afterwards, allowing 3 days onsite and 2 remote days.

Your new role

As a Junior Accounts Payable Assistant you will have varied responsibilities, for example:

Dealing with ledger invoices and payments

To ensure payments are made

To get involved in data entry

Dealing with queries as required

Unallocated cash reconciliation and review

To get involved in the reconciliation of accounts statements

Allocation of payments against ledger transactions

Cash receipt allocation

Creating statements

What you'll need to succeed

Attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Previous experience with MS Excel or accounting packages

Previous experience in an admin or finance related role will be ideal

A desire to pursue
