What you can expect:

• Processing malfunctions, problems, changes (1st level / 2nd level) and troubleshooting in the SAP environment
• SAP user and authorization maintenance
• Implementation of monitoring activities
• Support with SAP transports and system copies
• Management of external service providers in the area of responsibility
• Participation in the on-call service

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a computer scientist or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Experience in SAP Basis administration and IT system support
• Experience in the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud environment (e.g. BTP, Rise with SAP) is desirable
• Ability to work in a team
• Social competence and communication skills
