What you can expect

Do you want to work with us to make the world a safer place and help our customers protect their systems and networks from cybercriminals?

Support your future team with currently 14 experienced penetration testers and red teaming experts. As a leader and part of the management team, you will be the central point of contact!

You are responsible for the strategic management and development of the Red Teaming and Penetration Testing business unit. You understand customer needs, know how to develop services and turn them into products to drive growth. You can develop and implement strategies and define suitable measures for success. You also ensure that your team members develop from heroes to superheroes with targeted development measures and are optimally deployed in projects. You also love being in the spotlight and convincing designated customers of our ingenious security solutions at conferences, specialist events or meetings. Of course, you will also have the budget under control during all these activities and be able to create target-oriented reports.

What you bring with you

As a subject matter expert, you have a degree in computer science or business informatics with further training in IT security or a comparable qualification. You also have several years of management experience in the field of cybersecurity. You will impress with your in-depth knowledge of penetration testing, application security testing, IT forensics and/or other security auditing areas.

Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP confirm your technical knowledge. You also have strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex IT structures. You are a problem solver and decision-maker with a high level of competence and can motivate and inspire your team. Business fluent written and spoken German and English as well as an impeccable reputation (proof by means of a current SCHUFA report and a current certificate of good conduct) round off your profile.
