Responsibilities:

• Diagnoseand resolve device error codes
  
• Swapand upgrade hardwarecomponents
  
• Trace and fix faultsusing diagnostic tools andsoftware
  
• Assist support staff fromother service providers
  
• Manageinventory flow and maintain detailed records of allgoods
  
• Oversee inventory ordersstorage and control
  
• Update inventoryrecords regularly
  
• Produce dailyweekly and monthly IT stockreports
  
• Analyze trends in commondevice failures
  
• Handle additionalduties as assigned
  
• Travel to varioussites as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2to 4 years of IT desktop supportexperience
  
• A certification orequivalent experience (3 years) in hardware repair (HP DellLenovo)
  
• Proficient with Windowsoperating systems for issue resolution and PCrebuilds
  
• Familiarity with OSX iOSand Android operatingsystems
  
• Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and antivirusproducts
  
• Customeroriented withstrong soft skills
  
• Ability to makeinformed decisions and provide technicalrecommendations
  
• Fluent inEnglish
  
• Detailoriented and able towork independently or as part of ateam
