Responsibilities:
- Diagnoseand resolve device error codes
- Swapand upgrade hardwarecomponents
- Trace and fix faultsusing diagnostic tools andsoftware
- Assist support staff fromother service providers
- Manageinventory flow and maintain detailed records of allgoods
- Oversee inventory ordersstorage and control
- Update inventoryrecords regularly
- Produce dailyweekly and monthly IT stockreports
- Analyze trends in commondevice failures
- Handle additionalduties as assigned
- Travel to varioussites as required
- Work staggeredshifts asneeded
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2to 4 years of IT desktop supportexperience
- A certification orequivalent experience (3 years) in hardware repair (HP DellLenovo)
- Proficient with Windowsoperating systems for issue resolution and PCrebuilds
- Familiarity with OSX iOSand Android operatingsystems
- Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and antivirusproducts
- Customeroriented withstrong soft skills
- Ability to makeinformed decisions and provide technicalrecommendations
- Fluent inEnglish
- Detailoriented and able towork independently or as part of ateam
