Based in the outskirts of Edinburgh you will work in a hybrid fashion (2-3 days onsite) and support several end users with all aspects of technical support in addition to supporting on project work
You will have the autonomy to implement new systems and help make high level business critical technical decisions as well as train and upskill your fellow colleagues
You will act as the IT helpdesk providing first and second line technical support to a number of users across the UK working in the various hubs. For this, you will have experience providing this type of support in a previous role and be well versed in supporting Microsoft technologies (365, SharePoint, Teams etc)
