Salary national between £60,000 - £70,000

London between £75,000 - £85,000

We are recruiting for an IT and Systems Performance Lead to be a part of our innovative team, to lead and develop as we transition from current state to future state due to our claims transformation and growth activity.

This role could be suitable for you, if you enjoy influencing, optimising and developing IT systems and tools, to enhance customer experience and improve claims processes.

A bit about the job:

You will play a critical role within our claims transformation program. As the IT and Systems Performance Lead, you will ensure that IT systems, technology, and tools that we deploy to manage and enhance claims services and customer experience are performing as expected. You will be responsible for identifying optimisation and development opportunities for existing tools and systems and will work with the relevant business areas to deliver enhancements.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Ability to analyse systems and processes to identify optimisation opportunities

  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements

  • Experience of managing IT/Digital change projects 

  • Good experience of overseeing maintenance and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure

  • Good knowledge of the insurance industry and/or experience of delivering change/IT projects in a regulated environment – desirable

  • Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 national and £75,000 - £85,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
