Irish Tax Manager - Relocating to London?Are you an Irish corporation tax specialist currently based in Ireland and considering a move to London? Or have you perhaps already relocated within the past 12 months?
Due a recent merger this Top 20 Practice firm has created a unique opportunity for an Irish qualified tax specialist who might be looking to relocate to London and further their experience in the UK tax market.
The successful applicant would be in a position to ease their transition to the UK market, whilst capitalising on their Irish tax qualifications and experience, by taking on a hybrid porfolio of UK and Irish tax work. You will be responsible for providing corporate tax advisory, tax auditing/accounting and somepliance services, in support of the Tax Partners, to a client portfolio focused on a small number of clients who are in the main listed, household names. The role and ratio of UK:Irish tax work can be tailored to the needs of the individual (ie. if they envisage a long-term stay in the UK, or perhaps a 2/3 year stay before returning to Ireland)
You will need to be:
Be ACA / CTA qualified (in Ireland)
Have experience in tax accounting, corporate taxpliance and tax audit work
Have worked on large corporate tax corporatepliance and advisory
Have strongmunication skills - oral and written
Demonstrate excellentmercial awareness / client focus / client relationship skills
Calm and effective under pressure
