Job Description
Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices
Verify details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances
Prepare and update accounting records, including financial statements and reports
Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
Resolve billing issues in collaboration with other departments
Review and rectify any discrepancies in invoices
Ensure adherence to organisational financial policies and guidelines
Participate in periodic audits and support audit processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Invoicing Assistant should have:
An understanding of finance & keenness to progress in this field
Proficiency in accounting software, Sage 50 experience desired
A full UK driving license is desired for ease of travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
