The role fill see you join an established and reputable firm, collaborating with architects and interior designers on workplace projects across the city, focusing on ensuring the projects run smoothly across all phases and are aligned with client budgets, schedules, and needs. Offering a salary of up to $150,000 plus hybrid working and benefits!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Project management of all stages for corporate projects across NY (workplace/office)
  • Manage project finances and fees/budgets
  • Assist with RFP’s and coordinate responses
  • Support and coordinate bidding process
  • Coordinate with clients/contractors
  • Progress review and timeframe planning, visiting sites throughout construction
  • Coordinate each phase of projects, speaking with clients on a weekly basis to update plans plus overseeing close-out/sign-off
  • Delegation of tasks and team management
  • Oversight and mark ups on construction documents
  • Represent the business and attend client presentations/project meetings
  • Track and allocation of work hours.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in corporate projects and project management
  • Degree qualification in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or similar
  • Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office experience
  • Understanding and experience with commercial building codes and regulations/compliance
  • Experience liaising with landlords and consultants across all stages
  • Experience managing project budgets and finances
  • Able to delegate and manage a team.
