Your new role
As Interim HR Manager, you will work 3 days per week in a hybrid manner from the London office supporting the build out and development of the People and Culture offerings within the business as well as reviewing the Target Operating Model and making rmendations and suggestions for future proofing the business.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven background as an HR Manager within a SME fast pacedmercial business. You will be able to demonstrate working in a stand alone environment where you have had to develop the people offering across the annual HR lifecycle, as well as experience of reviewing target operating models. You will be able to start a new role on short notice and will be able tomit to working 3 days per week for a 3-6 month duration. It is essential that 2 of the 3 days will bepleted in the central london office.
