Interim Estates Surveyor

Location: Hampshire
Employer: Local Authority
Duration: 6-month contract, with potential for extension
Rate: £400 - £450 p/d

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Interim Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority in Hampshire. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring effective estate management and optimisation of assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and valuations
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and property acquisitions/disposals
  • Advise on property management and estate strategy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and government agencies

    • Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in estate management, preferably within a local authority
