About the Role:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable to participate and express themselves.
- Track student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and departmental initiatives.
- Play an active role in the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues and supporting student welfare.
You will be:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong track record in English language and literature instruction.
- An inspirational and engaging educator with the ability to motivate and challenge students.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A highly organized and resourceful individual with a commitment to continuous professional development.
