To work on the ESF Connecting Communities Programme and help us deliver this exciting and innovative skills and employment programme, we are searching for candidates with proven experience of delivering work and careers related Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), and able to successfully manage a case load of clients with multiple needs. Candidates must have a solid track record of supporting residents with multiple complex barriers into training and work. We need committed, energetic staff able to work outside their comfort zone to provide personal and innovative support for our service users.The ideal candidate needs to be passionate, creative, detail oriented and dedicated to providing a client centred service.
You will deliver all elements of employability, skills development and job support needed to progress clients into work, from assessment and action plan stages to successful job outcome. You will work one to one with clients, but also with specialist partner agencies, both internal and external; and contribute positive training and employment and job outcomes towards the ESF contract.
You will be IT literate and able to effectively use CRM systems to monitor and track client assessment, interventions and progress.
