My client has an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who has quality private client experience (wills, estates, powers of attorney). This vacancy is an in-house position and can be done on a 100% remote basis should that be the successful candidate’s preference.
As one of the largest providers of private client services outside of traditional private practice law firms, my client is a truly household name across the country and has an excellent legal services branch which is going from strength to strength.
Candidates interested in applying for this role can expect to be involved in the documenting and drafting of wills, powers of attorney and additional estate planning documentation, all of which will have a varying degree ofplexity. There will be the expectation tomunicate and build relationships with clients and other external partners, as well as the ability to manage a caseload and accurately maintain records inpliance with regulatory standards.
Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters is essential for this role.
Along with apetitive salary, there are a number of bespoke andpetitive benefits associated with working for my client, which include 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 32 in line with service) and a pension with up to 10% contribution from my client.
