About our client
An expanding financial services group has an opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join their team in Birmingham.

Be part of an exciting journey as the Midlands team of this impressive national firm continues going from strength to strength.

About the role
This role will support Financial Advisers with back office and client support for financial and wealth planning that includes investment, retirement and estate planning.

The main duties of this role include;

  • Supporting new and existing business cases
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Responding to client enquiries
  • Preparing valuations
  • Processing withdrawal requests
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain client information
  • Updating systems
  • Ensure compliance standards are met
  • Applicant requirements;

  • Essential to have a background providing support and administration across financial planning for IFA's, Financial Planners or Financial/Wealth Advisers.
  • Be professional, organised and offer good communications skills both written and verbal
  • Team player
