Humanities Teacher
- Location: Newcastle, NE99
- Salary: £130 to £170 per day
- Contract: Temporary/ Full-Time
- Start: ASAP
GSL Education invites applications for a humanities Teacher position in Newcastle. The successful candidate will teach subjects such as History, Geography, and Social Studies at various levels.
Job Summary:
- Teach Humanities subjects according to the curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons.
- Assess and record student progress and prepare them for exams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a stimulating learning environment.
- Engage with students to deepen their understanding of global cultures and histories.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches in teaching.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialty in Humanities.
- Experience teaching Humanities in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
