Job Title: HSE Manager
Salary: £60,000-£65,000

Are you an experienced HSE professional within the construction industry and looking for a new opportunity?
My client are a rapidly expanding construction and civils company based in the West London area. They provide services to a variety of high profile clients on exciting projects throughout the region, and are looking for a HSE Manager to join the growing team.
Key Responsibilities of the HSE Manager:
·Implement HSE Principles across the business
·Advise staff on best HSE practices
·Assess risks and suggest ways to mitigate these within daily operations
·Gather feedback and collate this to problem solve any issues
·Co-ordinate efficient training programmes for staff
·Prepare reports and store all relevant data
·Undertake site visits when required
Key Requirements of the HSE Manager:
·Demonstrable experience within a similar role within the construction industry
·NEBOSH qualified
·High level of communication skills
·Working knowledge of the construction sector
·Updated knowledge on HSE Legislation
·An innovative individual with good problem solving abilities
·Happy to join a growing company and implement expertise
·Willing to work on site 5 days per week
