We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable business located in Cirencester who are recruiting a HR Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

The HR Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of high level administrative tasks, supporting with the transfer of over 270 staff through a TUPE. You may also be involved in Payroll activity to support this process and restructures.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to react and adapt quickly to changes in requirements, good communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.

A CIPD Level 3 and understanding of payroll activity is desirable but not essential.
