Global oil & gas co. that has enjoyed sequential years of growth and employs c5,000 people globally. As HR Services / Ops / Delivery Manager, you will report to the Global HR Services Director, lead a HR Ops team of 5 and be responsible for the EMEA population. You will partner with the HRDs, CoE, business leads and work in a matrix business environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR operations and lead on projects that drive efficiencies and automation. Your team will be accountable for all contracts, working with external onboarding providers, system improvements (Workday) and projects surrounding the employee lifecycle.The ideal HR Ops Manager / HR Services Manager will be an experienced HR Services professional and have a track record of delivering in a global, listed business. Furthermore, will befortable in leading, and developing, HR Ops teams and will be well versed in driving process improvements and change projects. Excellentmunication and influencing skills are required to be successful in this role, due to the matrix and multi-stakeholder element of the job. £70,000 - £80,000, 15% bonus, 1 day in London office.
