HR Officer
We have a new part time vacancy for a Band 4 Human Resource Officer based in City Centre, Belfast. 30hrs per week across Monday - Friday. Salary set £12.86ph. Initial contract until January 2025.
JOB ROLE:
To assist in providing a high quality HR service. Initially based in the Retained Recruitment/ Job Evaluation team and carry out the administrative duties of the post. The Team is responsible for the provision of professional advice to Managers, staff and clients.
You will receive and resolve first level queries ensuring that any blockages or delays in the system are identified and cascaded in a timely manner to the senior team.
CRITERIA:
2 A Levels or higher qualification AND 18months relevant experience to include one year in a Human Resource environment
OR
Have a minimum of three years relevant experience to include one year experience in a Human Resource environment.
*Relevant experience is defined as working in a HR Office environment carrying out clerical/admin duties such as filing, preparing letters and dealing with queries.
You must be able to commence post within 2 weeks.
