New opportunity – HR Officer in the Education Sector
We are seeking skilled HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the education sector
.
We are seeking a talented HR Officer with generalist experience to join our Clients team in Solihull. 
 

  • Location:  Solihull 
  • Role: HR Officer
  • Sector Experience: Education (essential)
  • Type: Temporary (hourly rate)
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Flexibility:  Office Based Role 
  • Salary:  £23k to 25k.

Role requirements: 

  • Minimum Level 3 (A level or equivalent)
  • CPP Qualification or prepared to work towards
  • Level 2 In English and Maths or work towards  
  • Must be happy to travel between campus’ if needed 
  • Proven office experience 
  • Be confident in using Excel and Word 
  • Great organisation skills 
  • To confidentially work with staff and other team members 

Overview of the HR Officer Role: 

  • To ensure all meetings are arranged and carried out as necessary
  • Support the administration team 
  • To ensure all mandatory training is completed 
  • Dealing with college recruitment 
  • To create and post recruitment adverts 
  • To communicate with agencies and management when using temporary staff 
  • To write Job descriptions
  • Participating in the interview stage
