Your newpanyManufacturing site in Deeside with a headcount of circa 100. Currently seeking a HR Generalist to join the people team on a FTC for up to 12 months.Your new roleAs a member of the people team, you will provide aprehensive HR service for the site. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the site and cover generalist HR activity whilst also acting as a mentor to the HR Administrator. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; end to end employee lifecycle, absence & performance management, coaching and advising managers, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, updating and reviewing policies.What you will need to succeedGeneralist HR experience
Manufacturing experience is desirable
