Role: HR Coordinator - Interim
Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: From £14.50 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury property in the Mayfair area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on an initial interim basis.

What's in it for you?

  • General office hours Monday to Friday, however offering PT hours on an interim basis only (minimum 3 days)
  • Hourly Rate - Get paid for every hour that you work.
  • Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday.
  • Minimum 4 weeks, ongoing and could potentially lead to permanent for the right person

Package

From £14.50 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of human resources operations within the hotel
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Facilitate new employee on boarding and induction programmes
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
  • Immediately available with no prior commitments including holiday, notice and must have the right to work in the UK
