HR Assistant - Part Time - Permanent Are you interested in a part time, HR opportunity? Searching for a role that offers you a strong work life balance?
  • Antrim 
  • 22.5 hours, part time across 3 days - strong work life balance!
  • Weekends off
  • £Negotiable salary & benefits package 
  • Business established for over 40 years - operating throughout UK! 
  • Duties: 
  • Supporting the human resources department by providing a comprehensive service including replying to correspondence via telephone and email, scheduling appointments, administration, data input, organising meetings and maintaining records and information.
  • Coordinating appointments.
  • Processing attendance records.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data
  • Maintains employee confidentiality 
  • Criteria:
  • Experience in a similar, recent HR Admin role 
  • Strong Admin & IT skills 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
