Job Details
This is a true generalist role, supporting the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service. Working alongside the Head of HR you would be,
- The First Line HR contact for Managers, Team Leaders and Staff on all people related matters consistent with policy and values.
- Managing and enhancing HRIS / Internal Communications systems. (bob).
- Managing the relevant HR documentation.
- Overseeing training and development activities.
- Creating job adverts and supporting recruitment processes.
- Co-ordinating Health & Safety.
- Wellbeing & benefits.
- Supporting the Head of HR in a range of cross-functional projects, per strategy.
- Ensure compliance, including audit and ISO.
- Reporting and analysis support as required.
This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours per week, and on-site in Burnley.
To be a match for this role you would need to be,
- Passionate about HR and people, and ideally experienced in a similar generalist role or looking for the next step up in your career.
- Have a good understanding of ER and best practice.
- Very comfortable and intuitive with new tech.
- Working knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF, outlook, teams.
- An excellent listener and communicator.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and resilient.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Solutions focused.
- Used to busy environments and therefore organised, proactive and confident.
- Collaborative, and good at building trusting relationships.
- Ethically minded, to match our Panaz values and to be entirely able to act with discretion and integrity.
- Able to travel very occasionally (once per quarter) to either our Blackburn or London site.
