In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of various departments within a 100-bedroom hotel, including Food and Beverage, Bar Operations, Hotel Recruitment, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. You'll manage a team of five managers, leading by example and providing hands-on support as needed.

Desirable :

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hotel Operations Manager

Exceptional communication skills

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team and people management

A hands on approach and willingness to provide cover and hands on support in each department as required.
