Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
Implement a 5* service strategy
Manage & lead a team effectively
Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
The successful candidate
Experience manager from hotels a must
Room & revenue management experience
Excellent leadership skills
Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
