Your Role

As a Homestay Recruitment Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, with a focus on offline events. Collaborate with our accommodation team to inspire families to embark on a life-changing experience by hosting international students. Seize the opportunity to implement new offline marketing strategies, leverage diverse channels, and contribute to our mission of opening the world through education.

Responsibilities

  • Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation.
  • Organise promotional events
  • Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels to promote the homestay program
  • Ensures all enquiries from prospective hosts are promptly followed up and are enough leads to reach the targets
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding hosts requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the host family’s targets
  • Sends weekly recruitment statistics, ensuring targets are met
  • Participate in EF events around Oxford and the surrounding area to recruit homestay providers, including leafleting and street promotions / actions
  • Responsibilities not limited to those mentioned above, role will vary depending on targets leading up to summer peaks
  • Shares emergency duty on a rota basis
  • Occasional weekend work may be required during major fairs/events
  • Requirements

  • Sales orientated and target driven
  • Ownership mindset and ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Highly motivated,energetic,and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
  • A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
  • Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
  • Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitivity to the needs of international students
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS checkand two references
