Being a Care Assistant with Home Instead Fareham & Gosport means you must be enthusiastic, dependable and dedicated to providing quality care. Your role responsibilities will include:

  • Medication assistance

  • Home help; assisting clients to have a tidy environment

  • Companionship; building connections and assisting clients to engage in activities such as crafts and accessing the community

  • Personal care; ensuring clients are maintaining their personal hygiene

  • Fluid and Nutrition; helping our clients to establish a well rounded diet and maintain healthy fluid intake

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

  • Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.

  • Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.

  • Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.

  • Must be 18+
