Your Role:
- Lead learning by supporting classroom teachers and delivering pre-planned lessons.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging and educational resources.
- Support positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to enhance student development.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and students.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school environment.
