TheRole: As a FullTime Permanent High Level TeachingAssistant at our school you will play a crucial role in supportingteaching and learning across the school. Key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Assisting the class teacherin planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons thatmeet the needs of all students.
- Providingtargeted support and intervention to students both individually andin small groups to promote academic progress andachievement.
- Supporting the implementation ofbehavior management strategies and maintaining a positive andinclusive learning environment.
- Collaboratingwith colleagues to create and maintain effective systems fortracking student progress and assessing learningoutcomes.
- Supporting the overall ethos andvision of the school and actively contributing to the wider schoolcommunity.
Requirements:To excel in this role candidates should possess the followingqualifications andattributes:
- Relevant experienceworking as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational supportrole.
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills with the ability to build positive relationships withstudents staff and parents/carers.
- A passionfor working with children and a commitment to promoting theirwellbeing and academic achievement.
- Flexibilityadaptability and a willingness to support teaching and learningacross different year groups and subjectareas.
- Relevant qualifications or training ineducation or childcare would beadvantageous.
